Description

為會員提供一系列廣泛訓練計劃，以確立目標，訓練其領袖才能，演講技巧等，作為青年領袖訓練的基石，更可從工作小組的會議程序中，令會員深切體會投票，各組員的應有權利與義務，加強做良好公民的意識. 透過策劃及組織有意義的社會發展工作計劃，促進會員對社會的關注及培訓會員的領導才能，所舉辦之工作計劃更藉以領先引起社會人士之關注。由於青年商會本身是一個國際的組織，分會遍佈全球，所以，能夠擴闊會員的國際視野，以及促進與各地分會締結姊妹盟的機會，更從參加每年的亞太區及世界大會，會員可與不同國家的青商作經驗和意見交流。透過會員間互相參與實踐而加深了解，進而能在商務合作中事半功倍。另外亦藉此機會加強國際間的商務聯繫，從而使自己的商務經驗及眼界得以擴闊。
